Is there a law that makes your statement; <BR/><BR/>"1) the owner of this website has no knowledge that material posted is infringing<BR/>2) the owner does not benefit directly from these material"<BR/><BR/>ok to keep you out of the law's claws? I really don't know and would love to know. I'm not a lawyer so I want to know how to do this sorta thing without getting fined or something bad like that.
