Only the first four seasons of Sailor Moon was dubbed...The only english version of the 5th season is fan-dubbed but otherwise you'll just have to settle for subtitles. I wish they dubbed the 5th season but i guess i can understand why they couldn't -.-

Sailor Stars (The fifth season) was only produced in Japanese because the dubbed version didn't approve of it.
So getting it elsewise is impossible, other than fandubs

why are the sounds sometimes off from when the characters open and close their mouths?
