Hey guys in this Pokemon episode is the mysterious Pokemon that Bill is talking about a Dragonite? If yes then how so? Dragonite is not the last of it's species.
The most likely explanation is that Bill doesn't know that Dragonites exist, or since this specific Dragonite is abnormally large, no other Dragonites pay attention to it. That may be why it's so sad, and Bill assumes that this is a one of a kind Pokemon because it has no one else.
it's a giant dragonite and bill probably thinks it's the last of it's kind because dragonite is the last eveolved form of dratini and since dratini is rare a wild dragonite is unheard of so he assumes it's a one of a kind pokemon

Its so so so a DRAGONITE but the outline looks big because its probably high off ground and its probably like 12:00-2:00pm for the sun to make a shadow large but as i say its a cartoon who cares its just a pokemon that has a outline of a dragonite ok
there was this family a very poor family but they had a small house and its was their sons 4th birthday and the parents went down to the 2nd hand shop to buy a gift. ok firstly Dragonite isnt that big and it isnt rare. on pokemon firered i got bout 3 of them and there is wayyy more than 150. i caught nearly all of them on firered im only missing like 6. and ive got around 360 something..

You numbskulls the pokemon is Lapras...I've never seen this episode before but even an idiot can tell that its Lapras...being that bill heard it at a light house and Lapras is a wandering sea pokemon. If you read up on Lapras you find that it is a pokemon that wanders calling across the sea to find the few of its kinda remaining...sigh...when will people stop being retarded??
