That's my problem with this episode, it introduces this badass Zeiru who is oddly strong for the first team in the tourney, so strong in fact that he could have easily destroyed Hiei, but Hiei plays opossum and all of a sudden uses some randomly unstoppable technique and instantly wins. They shut down an interesting character because Hiei had to win.
