Lol, no, its just magical dragonball z time. Remember, in the buu saga, Goku was only on earth for one day-- they stretched that day for about 50 episodes xD. I remember when i would watch it while i got ready for school, and my mother would say "what, he's STILL alive?" My mum has no idea about DBZ but she still was like 'wtf?' Lol
Well the thing is in the Manga is makes sense. :) But the episodes have to stretch out forever and ever, so even though it's an hour, it's an "hour", if ya get my drift. :) All the filler kinda distorts time.
heh, that's not the only mystery. nappa powered up and a whole hurricane came, but frieza does the same and only a flash of light comes of him.....so you can't really take things literately in DBZ.
Either way , they wouldnt have beaten Frieza until Goku went SSJ I mean friezas power at this point is over 4 MILLION.... and Goku`s was only about 3 Million or somewhere close , but when he goes SSJ his power expands to 15M , then Frieza goes 100% and hes at about 14M but his power goes and HE GETS KILLED SO YEAH , FRIEZA SAGA WAS COOL :)

SSJ Kakarot and Frieza cannot be more than like 2 million because there is no way Kakarot could have gone from 180,000 to over 2 million just from going super saiyan. And besides, even when he was not super saiyan he was still able to at least hit Frieza a few times in 20 X Kaoken when Frieza was at 50% power.
you know what doesent make sense. The speed of sound is 340.29 m/s and they seem to move much faster than that, so how is it possible for them to move faster than the speed of sound and still talk to each other.
People is wondering what the J in SSJ stands for? SSJ,SSJ2,SSJ3,SSJ4... In Japanese Sayian is printed in the manga as Katakana, (one of japanese's 3 writing styles)

actually if memory serves me correctly Goku's power level was 24,000,000 where as Frieza was round baout 22,000,000. i maybe wrong though.
They should have asked the dragon to bring Chuck Norris to Namek to take out frieza with a roundhouse kick to the head....Nuff said!
