Actually, the dragon might not be able to. Later on Goku kills Freiza and escapes to another planet. When they try to wish him back to earth the dragon of the earth says he cant do it because Goku does not want to return. I know they dont try to make a wish to transport Freiza but if they did the dragon might of said no. What they should of done was to make Gohan stronger than Freiza.THen he would of been able to take care of FReiza and Vegita.

Lol these are the 'proper' voices they just changed up the voices for alot of the characters. Notice how Vegeta doesnt sound like a angry pre teen anymore? It happened like in the middle of the Ginyu period, go back and see what I mean.
