hahahaha i agree but goku probably doesnt wanna overdo it. i mean if he tured ssj3 he would destroy everybody and the planet and drain a lot of unnecessary energy since he's a lot smaller now

it doesnt make any sense'' it actually makes perfect sense because when frieza was ruler of the universe the androids and cell had not been created yet and buu was still laying dorment under the earth. So thats why frieza was ruler of the universe.

goku dosent want to turn ssj3 because one he alwase hides hes power level and he fights as much as possible untill he needs that extra strength, and freeza did say he ruled over the universe but it dosent make him the strongest freeza was bluffing dont forget about cooler wich is a shit load stronger and freeza, and freeza father as well so freeza dident really rule anything bout the galaxy.
You also have to ask yourself, which version of Buu was he referring to? Super Buu where everyone was already absorbed? Original Fat Buu? Etc. Frieza was the ruler of shit...As the previous guy said there already existed two people more powerful than Frieza at the time. Frieza just let his arrogance do the talking.
does anybody else miss the music from dragonball z this really wierd random drum and guitar music just throws the mood off really and btw why does this cartoon look older than dragonball z like the last episodes of dragonball z the colors were a lot more vivid
