You know the funny thing is that Broly didn't kill Videl in one blow like he should have... He was a freaking super saiyan and somehow Videl didn't die when Broly was wailing on her in the beginning... Weird huh?
This movie was fucking retarted. As meaning the first 33 minutes was Goten and Trunks dicking around then they fight Broly, he should've been able to kill them in one punch, without even trying. Then Gohan and Gotens kamahamaha kills Broly when in the first movie Vegeta, Piccolo, Future Trunks, and Goku couldn't even kill Broly when they all fought at the same time, they had to give all their energy to Goku. This movie was boring and a big let down. I kept waiting for an exciting climax, but it never came.

What you people don't realize it that the DBZ movies and the sagas are ON A DIFFERENT TIMELINE. You can't use the sagas as a way to judge the power of the characters in the movies.

i think the reason Goku only made a brief appearance was because of Goten's wish. He said "I wish dad was here." He was more or less just wishing his dad was there to help out, and that's what he got. He didn't wish for his dad to be alive, just that he was there to help, so since Goku never technically came to life, he was forced to go back to the afterlife after the wish was fulfilled.
